Compensation outsourcing incorporates the processes necessary to analyze our clients' competitive position for pay to deliver the results to both the management team and to the Company's ERP systems to support downstream decision-making. The core processes include data management, survey submission, job matching, and pay comparison / recommendations. The core processes may be augmented with job evaluation, custom survey analysis, software development, and systems integration.

Since 1998, NPKtools has provided compensation outsourcing services in Canada and the USA to the world's largest chemical firm, The Dow Chemical Company. We believe that our outsourcing philosophy is a key factor in our success. That philosophy incorporates four components:
