CompXpert Salary Survey Submission Module

CompXpert enables you to fully manage and audit the submission process for all vendors in one powerful but easy-to-use application. Combined with annual information services, CompXpert lets you focus on submission management, not data administration.

Unlike any other product

Because NPKtools submits annually to 15 major salary survey vendors as part of its Outsourcing Practice, we know that survey submission involves more than simple dumping of matched incumbents from your HRIS.

The CompXpert Submission Module provides a complete survey submission management system that combines software and information management / support. It provides data mapping from your HRIS / payroll systems, your Employee Stock Plan Management systems, your Performance Management systems, or other internal systems holding data required for annual submission. Once you have created these data import templates, data import is automatic, year after year.

CompXpert's built-in data management tool lets you manipulate your data using the same filtering, grouping, sorting, and calculated field capabilities available in spreadsheets — while staying within the CompXpert database.

Annual product updates save you time

Supporting CompXpert's software capabilities is an NPKtools' annual review of submission requirements and changes to vendor job models and descriptions. Your CompXpert database is updated annually when survey requirements change.

With the CompXpert submission module you can do all these things and more:

  • Integrate company data from multiple sources - HRIS, stock grant, employee education / degree
  • Add submission fields on-the-fly, create new data such as "Age" or "Target Bonus $" not available in your HRIS, and retain those calculations each year
  • Retool vendor job codes or job descriptions each year due to vendor modifications
  • Submit January company data to Wyatt and June data for Towers Perrin
  • Improve you quality assurance process to minimize vendor call backs during their quality checking process
  • Provide an audit trail to simplify the process next year
